Yoga Nidra

This is a 45-minute class designed to help you experience “yogic sleep,” a powerful guided relaxation technique that takes you into a deep state of conscious rest between wakefulness and sleep.
Through systematic breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, it helps release physical, mental, and emotional tension stored in the body.
Regular practice of Yoga Nidra improves sleep quality, reduces stress and anxiety, enhances focus, and restores overall well-being by deeply rejuvenating the nervous system.
