Many of our students love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements, dance and workout to their favorite Bollywood music.Its a great exercise and will make you drip with sweat! Our BollyArobix classes are a mix of various styles of dance like salsa, hiphop, bellydance on bollywood music

This class is a favorite among students who love the beats of Bhangra. Everyone loves to explore the new heart thumping and jumping moves taught in this class, while also mastering the classic moves. Our amazing instructors make sure everyone gets individual attention while keeping the class collaborative.

Our BollyBasic class is for absolute beginners who want to build their flexibility, stamina, endurance and learn new dance moves. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. Its a great cardio vascular workout for your whole body and will aid in toning up, sculpting and weight loss.

Adult Ballet Class


Especially designed for seniors and those who enjoy dancing and want to workout to the beats of music. Simple, easy to follow low impact steps to the greatest bollywood music. A great way to get the daily workout, sweat and stay fit for the elders!

Kids Dancing


The little ones love this class and so do the parents. designed for children 4-7 years of age, it combines simple freestyle movements to give children a foundation of dancing and rhythm. We use a mix of Bollywood, salsa, hiphop music for this class.

Each workout involves highly choreographed movements set to upbeat latin inspired bollywood, salsa and international music. It is a fun, high-energy workout  that can improve cardiovascular fitness and enhance coordination, flexibility, strength. The choreography is for beginners with slower songs for warmups, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. The choreography is repetitive and designed such that most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

This is a 30 minute class designed to help you deeply relax your body and remove all the stress from it. Anyone can participate in this. It requires no movement and helps participants to practice progressive muscle relaxation and become aware of their breath and themselves.
